MPBID Installs Ramadan Lights on Morris Park Avenue
Morris Park BID is proud to announce installation for the very first time by a Bronx BID of “Ramadan Lights” honoring this important holiday for many families and businesses in our community! 5 light strings fully funded by MPBID were set up on #MorrisPark Avenue between Victor Street and Holland Ave, shining for the next month and bringing peace, harmony, joy and a Happy Ramadan month to all celebrating! We are proud to be the first BID in the Bronx to join 3 other BIDs installing Ramadan lights: Brooklyn/Bayridge BID and Atlantic Ave BID; Manhattan/Columbus Ave BID. This special program was made possible by the NYC Mayor Eric Adams and NYC DSBS Single District Small BID Grant within the "Rebuild. Renew. Reinvent: Blueprint for Economic Recovery" program. Thank you to News12The Bronx for highlighting this achievement on the evening news
