This year’s conference theme provided a meaningful opportunity to refocus — on our patients, our profession, and our own personal wellness. I truly enjoyed meeting and reconnecting with nurse practitioners, students and allied colleagues from across the Commonwealth while expanding my professional knowledge. A heartfelt thank you to our incredible presenters who made this year’s sessions so impactful.

I left the week feeling energized and inspired, thanks to the enthusiasm and engagement of our attendees. Special thanks to the Tidewater Region for sponsoring a “lively” trivia game night social on Friday evening — and congratulations to the Lynchburg Region, our 2025 Golden Game Brain champions!

This memorable event would not have been possible without the dedication and leadership of Helen Willis, Kristen Johnson, and the entire conference planning committee.
