10th Holocaust Commemoration Ceremony

& Tour of Jewish Bardejov

EIGHTY YEARS SINCE THE END OF WWII:

THE IMPORTANCE OF MEMORY & PRESERVATION

Our 2025 Commemoration Event in Bardejov, Slovakia will take place from June 24th to June 26th and will include:

June 24th:

• Welcome Dinner
• Evening Program – Presentation and Lecture by a well-known expert on the Importance of Memory and Preservation, followed by Q & A 

June 25th:

• Breakfast
• Day Tour of Bardejov and the three restored Suburbia buildings, including lunch
• Early Dinner for guests and VIP in the renovated Beith Hamidrash, followed by:
• Commemoration Ceremony in the Holocaust Memorial
• Evening Program – Refreshments and Musical Performance 

June 26th:

• Breakfast and Departure

The cost for the above program including Kosher meals is $150 per person.

Flights, Hotels, and Ground Transportation (to and from the airports) are not included.

Please secure your reservation by May 15th, 2025, to help us plan accordingly.

The payment can be made by either sending us a check (only USA) or via PayPal.

Your room reservations can be made directly with the hotels.



When you make your reservation, please make sure to mention that you are with the BJPC event so they can provide one of the blocked rooms for you.

We have blocked all rooms in Hotel Artin:

Hotel Saris is another option, we have blocked rooms there as well:

We have a very limited number of rooms blocked in Hotel Pod Branou on a first come first served basis - this can only be arranged directly through us. Please email us if interested, we do not guarantee availability.

Additionally, there are small pensions in Bardejov, if you are interested please let us know and we will send you a list.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

After you confirm your reservation, we’ll coordinate ground transportation to and from Krakow and Kosice airports with a local provider. Payment will be made directly to the provider at the time of your scheduled transportation.
