3/4 Part Simple Syrup

3 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters

5 Mint Leaves

Muddle mint leaves in a shaker until bruised. Add remaining ingredients with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into a lowball glass filled with pearl ice (think Sonic ice), garnish with a mint sprig, and enjoy.
