Employer Spotlight: Finding Purpose at Snap Diagnostics

For Shane, his work at Snap Diagnostics is about more than just getting the job done - it’s about fulfillment and purpose. “I love working at Snap. I like working in the receiving department because it is straightforward and lets me work with technology,” he shares.

Shane joined Snap Diagnostics in October 2024 as a Production Associate in the receiving department. His role involves scanning in and cleaning between 80 to 110 sleep apnea devices during each shift. Beyond receiving, Shane takes on additional responsibilities, such as running diagnostic tests on devices, preparing informational kits, and labeling cannula bags.

Shane’s parents, Vicki and Scott, have seen the positive impact of his work firsthand. “We love Snap because it gives Shane purpose and responsibility,” they say.

Snap Diagnostics has also recognized Shane’s dedication. Jimmy, his manager, remarks, “Shane contributes to the success of the workplace through hard work, positivity, and reliability.”

In his role, Shane brings not only technical skills but also a positive energy that enhances the workplace culture. His job demonstrates the value of inclusion and meaningful employment, benefiting both employees and the organizations they serve.

Setting a Vision for the Year Ahead - Workshop!

TotalLink kicked off the new year with a Vision Board Workshop, empowering attendees to focus on setting meaningful goals. The workshop provided the perfect space for TotalLinkers to visualize their aspirations and take intentional steps toward achieving them.

Participants began by reflecting on key areas such as career, health, mindfulness, and personal growth, identifying and prioritizing the goals most important to them this year.

The attendees then engaged in the creative process—collaging, cutting, gluing, and drawing—to craft personal vision boards. By the end, everyone left with more than just a vision board; they walked away with a tangible tool to help them stay focused on their goals throughout 2025.

"I loved doing the pic collage, and it was fun to think about my plans for this year," shared Emily, one of the vision board creators.

We can’t wait to see what our TotalLinkers will accomplish in 2025!
