OPPORTUNITIES AND PARTNER EVENTS

Brooklyn Peace Center Way of Circle Workshop
Tools & practices for creative, collaborative leadership

At Brooklyn Peace Center we are committed to the way of peace, collaboration and creativity, and shared power. We often gather in circles as a way of speaking and listening as a community. Join us for a new workshop called “The Way of Circle” beginning Thursday, May 18-19, 2023, from 9:00-12:30 pm. In this workshop, we will learn the lineages of this ancient practice, the principles of shared power, collaborative leadership, and the everyday work of gathering and holding the wisdom of the community. We hope community leaders, clergy and clinicians, artists and activists, will leave the workshop with more confidence to host Circle at their next meeting or gathering.
