2025 CMA National Physician Health Survey Open

The CMA has launched the 2025 National Physician Health Survey. Conducted every four years, the survey provides crucial data on burnout, anxiety, depression and other wellness indicators in medicine, such as the impact of admin burden, health workforce safety, and leadership.

The results help the CMA identify challenges and solutions so that they can advocate locally, provincially and federally for ways to support medical learners and physicians at all stages of their careers. The survey also provides researchers, educators and health organizations with a one-of-a-kind, aggregate dataset to advance physician health and wellness programs.

All Canadian medical students, residents and practising physicians are welcome to participate.
