5 Tips to Simplify Year-End Giving

Year end giving

The CFMC team can help you simplify your clients' year-end giving. Below are five ways to give that offer tax advantages and make a meaningful difference.

  1. Bundle giving by creating a donor advised fund now for an immediate tax deduction and the ability to make grants over time
  2. Donate appreciated stock or real estate to maximize tax benefits with an income tax deduction and capital gains savings
  3. Increase impact by donating through Monterey County Gives! for a partial match for gifts to participating nonprofits
  4. Receive income for life AND support chosen nonprofit(s) through a Charitable Gift Annuity or Charitable Remainder Trust
  5. Make an IRA Qualified Charitable Contribution. Donors can make an IRA gift to the CFMC to benefit multiple nonprofits, including those participating in Monterey County Gives!

Please contact us at (831) 375-9712 or visit cfmco.org to learn more.
