FIRST PYRAMID PAGES NEWSLETTER ON WHINING!

For children, whining can be a quick way to get an adult’s attention. Children whine when they feel overwhelmed by an emotion and do not have the words to express their feelings; or when they do not have the skills to complete a task. They may also whine when they’re feeling tired, hungry, powerless, or lonely. Simply put, children whine to ask for help. Learn more about whining and ways to help!
