Yes. Number 4!!!

New and ready for the 2023 the season

Our old original leaking filters required contant maintenance and had to be replaced with state of the art "sand" filters that function by moving the water from the top of the tank, through the sand, to the bottom of the tank. As the water trickles down, the sharp edges of the sand grains catch particles like dirt and debris.

Snow clogged roads in BL have met their match!!!

A brand new workhorse truck has joined our BL auto fleet!

Our old, broken down, no longer working BUT beloved

Red and Yellow Beast has been retired.

Our Tzeddakah fund is accepting donations in its memory. LOL

A Beaver Lake Pesach Celebration - by Rivky Isseroff

Spectacular 2023 Pesach in Beaver Lake

By Mindy Feder

Saul and I have been in Beaver Lake since it began more than forty years ago, and we have been privileged to enjoy watching five generations of our family appreciate its extensive facilities and the delightful camaraderie of our fellow Beaver Lakers throughout those four decades.

We’re now delighted to say that the 2023 awesome Pesach we just concluded in Beaver Lake was among the most spectacular and enjoyable ten days we’ve spent in Beaver Lake throughout our forty years here. It was such an amazing Chag Pesach that we could not have possibly envisioned it in advance as having the potential to being so magnificent.

Ben and Bomo and their staff did an amazing job, and made it a Chag Samayach for all of us who were fortunate to have had the opportunity to spend Peach in Beaver Lake this year. Their hard work and planning were evident throughout the holiday.

They prepared Seders for those who chose to stay in the beautifully prepared Dining Room, as well as for those who elected to take the food to have their sedarim in their own homes. They even prepared dinners throughout Peach for those who elected to eat supper in their homes so as to put small children to sleep.

They accommodated nut allergies (as well as some nutty customers), and they served an incredible assortment of “impossible to believe that it’s Pesachdik” cakes, meats, herrings, pastas, pizzas, side dishes and anything else you could imagine. It was awesome and delicious.

We, our children, grandchildren and great-granddaughter, sisters, brothers and nieces all enjoyed every moment that we were here. The result was a great atmosphere enjoyed together by both old friends and new acquaintances.

Finally, I could not conclude this accolade without a hearty shout-out to our wonderful volunteer Rabbi- Gabbai- Baal Torah – Shiur deliverer and over-all Yuntif organizer- Rabbi Tzvi Berkowitz. Additionally- we must also give credit to his assistant Gabbai Heshy Weber - who also undertook to obtain newspapers for all who desired them. Yasher Koach to all those who volunteer their help for the tzibur.

Imagine a Pesach program with no complaints. Only in Beaver Lake.

We’re looking forward to enjoying Pesach in Beaver Lake in 2024.
