All-School Ski Day at Trinity is held each year on the first Monday of Mid-Winter Break. All interested students in grades 6-12 are invited to participate. Beginners are welcome– no prior skiing experience is required.

SCHEDULE
8:00 a.m. — Students and chaperones arrive at the Trinity School Athletic Center
8:30 a.m. — Bus departs
3:00 p.m. — Ski day ends / gather for departure
3:30 p.m. — Bus departs
5:00 p.m. — Return to Trinity School Athletic Center
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
In order for Ski Day to take place, we currently need at least five additional parent volunteers. If you are able to serve as a chaperone, please reach out to Beth Couch at bethcouch@trinityschools.org as soon as possible. Thank you!
COST
The cost is $35 per student. This includes the ski rental, a lift ticket, a beginner lesson, and round-trip bus transportation. Helmets are optional, but strongly recommended. Participants may bring their own helmet, or rent a helmet at Timber Ridge for an additional fee of $15 (this fee must be turned into Trinity by Friday, February 9).
REGISTRATION, FORMS, & DEADLINE
To register, you will need to submit all paperwork and payment to the front office by Friday, February 9. The following forms are linked in this email and also available as hard copies in the front office.
TICKETS & RENTAL CARDS
Participants will be given their individual lift ticket and rental cards on the day of the trip. Unfortunately, misplaced lift tickets and/or rental cards cannot be refunded or replaced.
WHAT TO BRING
Participants will need to bring the following items on Ski Day:
- A packed lunch and/or money for use in the Timber Ridge cafeteria
- Sunscreen
- A water bottle
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that the trip is canceled due to insufficient snow or inclement weather, all monies will be refunded.
