Upcoming Plan of Care (POC) Trainings

Good morning!

As a reminder, we have a live POC training scheduled for

March 23, 2023 from 9a - 10:30a.

Registration for this training, and the upcoming ones, are located below.

This training is the same that was provided in Fall 2022

and the recording posted on the website.

If you have already have completed a POC training and/or have viewed the recording and do not feel the need for additional support,

there is no need to attend a live training.
