Staging Consultation - For clients who are selling their home I give advice on re-arranging, eliminating, or adding items that will make their home more appealing to Buyers.
Exterior Re-imagining - I provide clients with a digital image of their home with new paint color, shutters, landscaping etc.
Remodeling Consultation - I work with property investors (flippers) or home owners to re-imagine their space into something more appealing and functional. It is also a great gift for new home buyers.
E-design - We work online together and focus on spaces in your home that you would like to change or update. This can include things like paint, lighting, layout, furniture and accessories.
Staging for Vacation Rentals - There's more to furnishing a vacation rental than putting all your hand-me-downs in the space. Let me help you make it visually appealing to maximize your online images which can increase rental rates.
Color Consultation - Some people need help picking colors for their spaces. Choosing the paint color can be challenging. If you are leaving the trim and/or cabinet color, choosing the right color to coordinate with it is even more important.
