Japan MHLW Delegation visits the AJC National Harbor ! | |
On December 12th the Japan MHLW(Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare) Delegation, alongside Maryland Workforce Leaders visited the American Job Center National Harbor for an enlightening site tour, where it was showcased how state-run Workforce Development Boards work and how information is shared between Workforce Development Boards across states and regions.
After completing a tour of the facility, John Feaster, the Deputy Assistant Secretary, and his team, covered everything from system structure to vocational training in their presentation.
The appreciation expressed by the delegation underscored the significance of our efforts. This visit was not merely productive; it was a powerful reminder of how our services empower job seekers and inform workforce systems across the globe.

About Curtis Campogni
Curtis Campogni is a passionate advocate for positive change, resilience, and empathy-driven leadership. As the founder of Speak4MC, he works with organizations and individuals to cultivate growth and drive meaningful change through motivational interviewing, leadership development, and the C.A.P.E. approach—Cognitive Empathy, Adaptability, Purpose-driven Choices, and Enthusiasm.
Curtis’s journey began with a desire to find purpose beyond traditional roles, ultimately discovering his calling while working with at-risk youth in Florida. There, he saw firsthand how empathy and motivation could transform lives. Since founding Speak4MC in 2021, Curtis has partnered with various agencies, delivering workshops and trainings that inspire professionals to connect with their purpose, overcome challenges, and elevate their impact.
Through his C.A.P.E. Conversations series and his YouTube channel, Curtis continues to share his insights with a broad audience, drawing from both his personal experiences as a father and his professional roles in child welfare and workforce development. His first book, C.A.P.E. Conversations: How Superheroes Communicate with Children, reflects his commitment to guiding others toward personal growth and resilience.
As he looks to the future, Curtis remains committed to empowering others, fostering community impact, and driving change at both the individual and legislative levels. He envisions Speak4MC as a trusted source for inspiration and practical tools, uniting people around shared values of collaboration and empathy.
