5 Spring Recipes to Put a

Spring in Your Step

This month, we have not 1 but 5 recipes for you. Each one is full of flavors that you, your family, and your friends will enjoy.

• Marry Me Salmon

• One-Pan Roasted Fish with Cherry Tomatoes

• Pressure Cooker Vietnamese Caramel Salmon

• Baked Fish and Chips

• Creamy Fish with Mushrooms and Bacon

Project Open Hand serves lunches 7 days a week at 66 Raymond Ave. Meals are FREE. Seniors may give a $2 donation, but it is not required. Non-seniors and visitors are required to pay $6 per meal.

South Sudanese Dance class will begin mid April. Agnes Silvestro, our dance instructor, is one of our Visitacion Valley neighbors who has been involved in dancing and teaching this style for many years.

Asian Pacific American Community Center provides services on letter translation, application assistance and other language needs. Assistance is available in English, Chinese and Spanish languages.
