We need our Vitamin D and some much needed warmth on our skin.


  • How much sunlight do you get a day?
  • Does a cloudy work?
  • Can you get sunlight through a window and does that count?

Our health is dependent on sunlight for we are a natural being:


  • Step outside and sit in the sun for a minimum of 15 minutes a day.
  • Can't get outside -- place yourself under a sunny window that will work.
  • The sun is fierce even through the clouds it still counts.
  • The best time for some sun is early morning sun and late evening sun for it is filled with soma.
