Important Dancer Drop-Off & Pick-Up Guidelines
To ensure a safe and organized experience for all dancers:
- Dancers must be dropped off and signed in at the dressing rooms for both the rehearsal and recital.
- After the events, dancers must be picked up from the dressing rooms—they will not be released into the audience.
- Only one parent should come for pickup to help minimize congestion.

Read the information carefully to know which show your dancer is participating in.
The Dance Studio Thursday 4:45 class and Dance Studio Thursday 6:00 class will participate in all of the rehearsals and recitals.

Rehearsal Day- Saturday, May 31, 2025
Saturday, May 31, 2025 from 8:30-10:00 a.m.
Parents drop dancers off at 8:30 a.m. in the dressing rooms and
return to the theater for awards and announcements at 10:00 a.m.
Recital Day- Sunday, June 1, 2025
Sunday, June 1, 2025 at 12:00 p.m.
Parents drop dancers off at 11:30 a.m. in the dressing rooms and
return to the theater for the 12:00 p.m. Recital.
