Accelerate Your Skills in the First Certified Appraiser Course of the Year

NIA Advocates for the Industry

NIA has joined more than 100 industry groups, representing millions of Main Street businesses operating in every industry and community in America, in a joint letter to the U.S. Department of Treasury applauding the department for its swift action in pausing the Corporate Transparency Act’s (CTA's) reporting requirements while a nationwide court order remains in place. The groups urge extending the CTA filing deadline until at least January 1, 2026.
