Training for Youth Program Staff
We're excited to launch COMPASS, a new AAP program providing autism training and consultation services to Omaha and surrounding communities.

COMPASS trainers lead local art venues, corporations, and organizations in sessions including: Autism 101, Autism in the Workplace, and Providing Inclusive Spaces and Sensory Friendly Experiences. Our consultation services provide assessments of space to create sensory-friendlier environments, feedback on processes and logistics for accessibility, and more.

Our goal is to increase inclusivity for the autism community throughout the metro and beyond.
Think to the future. Secure a meaningful career with support from us!

"PWS checks in with me and my employer regularly to ensure my job is going well and to see if there is anything they can do to help. I enjoy my job so much that I am not planning on looking for another one."
- Jamil, PWS Participant
