Hello Community Partners,


As we prepare for the HMIS System Performance Measures (SPM) reporting season, we are reviewing data accuracy and completeness to ensure our community’s data reflects the great work you’re doing.


We will be emailing agencies with data quality errors. If you receive an email, please attend Wednesday Office Hours (12–2 PM) for clean up support.


We recommend that all agencies review their own data quality by running the HMIS Data Quality Report to check for missing, incomplete, or incorrect data. This is found under your Report Library, in the “HUD Reports” section.



Additionally, the Program Roster Report Job Aid is available to walk you through running the Program Roster Report which can be used to check active and exited enrollments, and to confirm that start dates, exit dates, household composition, and move-in dates are correct.
