Once the mixture is crumbly, place it on a table or parchment paper and knead it together. Slowly add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until the dough ball is smooth, but not tacky. Wrap the dough ball in plastic wrap and allow it to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Once rested, work with sections of the dough ball, keeping the remaining portion covered. Cut pasta to desired shape and cook for 3-4 minutes in salted, boiling water. Drain and toss with your favorite sauce. |
