Happy New Year! I hope you all had a peaceful holiday filled with fun family time. We are happy to be back into the school routine with all of our Little Saints!

 

We are hitting the ground running for 2025 with many exciting events coming soon, including Pre-Registration for the 2025-26 school year, St. Jude Trike-a-Thon, Tom Marshall Photos, and Literacy Week. During the month of January, we will have Parent Teacher Conferences on an as-needed basis. Please feel free to contact your teachers if you would like to touch base about your child’s progress and placement for next year. The teachers may contact you if they feel a conference is needed.

 

Thank you for Emily Freeman and Erin Bradstreet for co-chairing this year’s Christmas Nativity Pageant and to Maura Gillon for all of her support. It was a sweet evening and a perfect culmination of what our classes had been focused on all month long, the birth of Christ! Another big thank you to Nicole Ruiz for chairing this year’s Wreath and Garland Fundraiser. Thank you to everyone who ordered; we hope you enjoyed your beautiful greenery over the holiday!

 

Gena and I both felt so overwhelmed by your outpouring of love and support this Christmas. Thank you so much for your kind words, cards, and treats. You are all so very special to us, and we take such delight in watching your children grow and develop!

2025-2026 Registration News


Procedure Explained – Please Read Carefully

 

On Monday, January 13th, our currently enrolled families will receive an e-mail with a link to our digital Pre-Registration Form. You will complete a form for each child in the family. All available classes and options for our next school year (August 2025 – May 2026) will be listed. Complete the form by filling in your 1st and 2nd choices for your child(ren) next year.

 

Important: When making your selections, please understand that each year there are teachers who change classroom assignments for a variety of reasons, and next Fall will be no exception. The class you choose may have a different teaching team next year than the one in place now. Trust that we will provide a wonderful experience for your child! In an effort to plan for your needs for the upcoming school year, we reserve the right to make any adjustments necessary in the makeup of our classrooms. If registration numbers exceed or do not meet requirements, we may cancel or change as necessary.

 

You will be given from January 13th through January 16th to fill out and submit your Pre-Registration Forms.

 

Confirmation e-mails will be sent on Tuesday, January 21st with your child’s placement for next year along with the deposit amount and any outstanding balances due.

 

You will receive a link to pay your deposit through Headmaster on Wednesday, January 22nd.

 

It is imperative that your deposit and any outstanding balances are paid on time, by 9:00 a.m. on January 27th, so that you do not lose your placement.

SUMMER CAMP


All Saints School will be offering two camp sessions this summer for Infants through rising First Graders! During summer camp we follow our same school hours, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. with the option for Early Bird and Aftercare.

 

Session I: June 9 – 27

Session II: July 7 – 25

 

Summer Pre-Registration for currently enrolled families will begin on Monday, February 24th. More information regarding tuition and registration will be coming your way in early February.


BABY SAINTS


Congratulations to the Smith Family, and especially big sister Evie in Threes, who welcomed Pierson Alexander on December 9th!



AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT AVAILABILITY


Ms. Steph has some availability in Art Class (Threes, Pre-K, and Kindergarten) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays! Contact Ms. Steph at 407-325-6543 to register.

 

Ms. Jenn has some availability in Ukulele Class (Pre-K & Kindergarten) on Mondays and Musical Beginnings (Threes, Pre-K, & Kindergarten) on Thursdays! Click here to register.


FROM THE PTO


The All Saints School Parent Teacher Organization is excited for our annual school fundraiser. Please join us Friday, March 7 at 7 PM for the Big Saints Bash at the Winter Park Country Club. This is an adults-only evening with silent auction, open bar, food trucks, dancing, and a game of chance. Tickets will go on sale soon!

Family Chapel takes places in the Chapel on Wednesdays throughout the year and typically runs from about 9:20 a.m. to 9:40 a.m. Families of students in 3 year old classes and up are invited to attend!
