Community Boating & Camp Open House 2023! Sodus Bay Junior Sailing Association hosts its annual “Open House” event on May 27th and May 28, 2023. Free hot dogs, sailboat rides and a DJ. Kids will have the opportunity to make their very own anemometer. Feel free to stop by anytime between 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. to see what they're all about and explore what session and program fits your needs and interest. Education US Sailing CIT Course US Sailing Level 1 Course NYS Boater Safety Course Tee Up for a Cause! Change is coming to the Max Buzzell Annual Golf Tournament Scholarship Program The Buzzell Family is excited to announce that we are changing the course for the Max Buzzell Scholarship. We have proudly presented 12 scholarships over the past 11 years to a well deserved camp counselors that attended a college or university. We will be providing our new counselors with the US Sailing Level 1 Training. SBJSA is proud that all of our counselors have this certification to teach our young campers and sailors. Max loved teaching the young campers and racers at SBJSA. Remembering Max and helping all the instructors is a wonderful change as SBJSA continues teaching the love of sailing and the love of Sodus Bay.
