There’s nothing we love more than insights from our planners on their experiences at our resorts. We’ve asked two of our top sales team members, Danielle Dunfee and Kelli Kwiatkowski, to share what they often hear from planners about where the magic happens - tangible as well as some of those intangible things that you just feel when you’re there. My clients love the holistic approach the Live Aqua brand carries – from the aromatherapy scent that hits you when you walk into the front doors, the water features throughout, the zen gardens, and the thoughtful cuisine. |

The layout of the property is a meeting planner’s dream.
It’s walkable and easy to navigate as our footprint is beautifully laid out. It makes the property feel almost boutique-y despite having 347 guestrooms. |

Impeccable Service – which is to be expected. Anyone that knows our brand, knows that service & quality Food & Beverage are the pillars to our company. |

We don’t nickel and dime on set-up fees. Not even on outside events! The only events where one would find a set-up fee is on the beach because those are labor intensive for the culinary team. You want to do your welcome dinner on a terrace, the pool deck, or lawn – it’s INCLUDED in your nightly group room rates. |

While many of our neighboring resorts and comp set properties get sleepy come 10pm, our adults-only resort offers endless entertainment until 2am – Sleepless Disco and the Sports Pub. For those who enjoy earlier shut-eye, no worries. These venues are in the main building where the sound of the late-night crowd is isolated. |

There is something truly magical about San Miguel. There is no way to fully describe it but the second you enter the city you feel it. Ithink some of this has to do with the old world charm that San Miguel holds. Walking around the town groups feel like they have gone back in time and taken to a truly unique destination. |
