400 Large Bags of Clothes Donated to Those in Need by NEXUS

The NEXUS REALTOR® Community Service Committee completed a very successful shoe and clothing drive. 400 bags of gently used shoes, clothes, toys, and household items were provided to clothingshoedrive.com. This group donates to low income areas and specializes on recycling used clothes.

Is This the Real Owner? Be Aware of Fraud Occurring in Local Real Estate

There have been numerous issues recently regarding a person reaching out to agents and brokers asking for help in selling their property, in many cases, a vacant lot. In some reported cases, the person reaching out was NOT the owner and was committing fraudulent activity.
