Welcome, Savannah!

Snohomish STEM, powered by Economic Alliance Snohomish County, is excited to announce Savannah Daniels as the new Career Connected Learning Manager
 
Savannah has dedicated her work to education access and education justice, focusing on equity-based programming for students. She has experience in post-secondary pathways, technical career exploration, and student-centered practices. She is excited to continue to bridge the opportunity gaps and serve as a culturally responsive community resource. 
 
In her free time, she can either be found gardening or finding a nice beach to read a book. She loves going to the farmer's market to support local businesses and trying yummy foods. 
 
She is eager to continue the continuation of relationship building that EASC has built and deepen to connection with our local school partners to create a STEM-inclusive future. 
 
Survey/Focus Group Invite: Influence Statewide Data Access and Utilization for Your Needs

Understanding Regional Partners’ Needs, Efforts, and Data Use: A P20W Data Project

Join us and be a part of shaping the landscape of data access and utilization in our state! We invite you and your colleagues to participate in a short survey and/or focus group meeting to influence statewide data access and utilization for your needs. This project aims to understand the current data landscape, use, and needs across our systems and build a collective base of knowledge to drive equitable policy and practice at local, regional, and state levels.

What Organizations are Invited to Participate? 
Organizations involved in: 

  • Early Learning 
  • PK-12 Education 
  • Post-Secondary Education 
  • Career Pathways 
  • Workforce Development  

Two opportunities to participate in the survey and/or a focus group:  

Option 1: Complete this short 7-question survey by March 17, 2023 that will assist in creating a regional P20W data partners profile 

and/or

Option 2: Participate in a focus group where we will explore and discuss data usage and barriers to utilization especially across systems.

Spring into STEM Returns to Imagine Children's Museum

Spring into STEM early learning event is returning to in-person in late March! Snohomish STEM and Imagine Children's Museum are collaborating for another year of STEM engagement and activities for fun and interactive learning through play for children 1-12 and their families. Develop early skills in science, technology, engineering and math.
