Dear Families of Students in Explorers through Grade 7,
We are pleased to announce that Children’s After School Experience (CASE) registration for next school year will open on Wednesday, April 9, at 9:00 a.m. CASE is our on-campus childcare program that provides a safe, supervised environment for Columbus Academy students during the transition time between the end of school and their evening at home.
In an effort to allow additional time for planning and staffing and to accommodate as many students as needed, we hope families will take advantage of this opportunity and benefit greatly from this early opening of registration. 2025-26 Registration Information
Students must be pre-registered to attend CASE. This enables us to safely and appropriately track the students we have in our care each and every day as well as facilitate the billing process. Therefore, we strongly encourage all families to sign up for drop-in CASE. You will not incur any charges if your children never attend, and by taking care of registration in advance, you can rest assured that your children will be all set up to attend if needed at any time for any unforeseen circumstances.
There are two attendance/billing options: full-time 5 days per week (quarterly) and daily drop-in (monthly). If you do not need full-time CASE 5 days per week, you will select the daily drop-in and be billed each month for the days attended. If you anticipate you will be signing your children up for any of our After School Activities (ASA) programs throughout the school year, you should select the daily drop-in option for CASE.
Registration is online only via our CampBrain system. If you have registered for programming with us before through this online system, you will use your current login credentials to sign in. New families will use the “New User Sign Up” to create an account. There is also a Single Sign-On (SSO) option where you can use your Columbus Academy mySchoolApp login credentials. Please look for the “Login using Columbus Academy mySchoolApp” button on the CampBrain sign-in page.
