Submit nominations by July 1

for annual convention awards

The first Club Leadership Chat (CLC) of the 2023-2024 Kiwanis year will be Monday, Oct. 23 at 7:30 p.m. (Central Time) via Zoom.

This CLC will have information for all club officers. The chat includes membership info and youth protection guidelines.

Award nominations

now being accepted

Nominations for the 2022-2023 Governor's Distinguished Awards are now being accepted through Nov. 1. This award program recognizes Distinguished Clubs and Distinguished Members

Clubs may also start submitting applications for the Annual Mid Year Awards. These awards, also in recognition for the 2022-2023 year, include Exemplary Club, Interclub/Fellowship and Outstanding Secretary. Deadline for Mid Year Award application is Dec. 1.

There is still time to register a student!

Nebraska-Iowa Key Leader is Oct. 27-29 at Camp Carol Joy Holling near Ashland, Nebraska. This leadership opportunity s for high school students. Registration has been extended into this week. Clubs can directly sponsor a student for the $250 registration fee or elect to do a scholarship for a registered student without a sponsor.
