some of the foundational poses of the practice!
Whether you're new to Ashtanga or deepening your practice,
this challenge is designed to inspire growth, discipline, and connection.
Each day, we'll explore a specific pose, sequence, or breathing technique,
sharing tips, modifications, and intentions to guide you.
The lineup:
Day 1: Surya Namaskar A- Adho Mukha Svanasana (Down Dog)
Day 2: Surya Namaskar B- Utkatasana (Chair)
Day 3: Standing poses- Any standing posture
Day 4: Seated poses- Any seated posture
Day 5: Heart Openers- Bridge, Wheel or Fish
Day 6: Closing- Any reclined or inverted posture
Day 7: Sealing- Any lotus variation
Day 8: Rest- Savasana
