Welcome Week Leader Applications | Due Sunday, March 26
Apply now to be a Welcome Week Leader for August 14-23, 2023! Welcome Week Leaders will help guide new students through the Welcome Week program, focusing on providing them with a quality transitional experience and introduction to USI. Applications are due Sunday, March 26 at www.USI.edu/WelcomeWeek
Apply to be a Summer Program Student Assistant
New Student and Transitional Programs is hiring Program Student Assistants for the Summer. These positions will assist with office programs and projects, create social media content and promotional materials, work with student leaders and assist incoming students and their families. This is a paid position at $7.35 an hour. Click here to apply.
Convocation Pin and Shirt Design Contest
Students are invited to submit a pin and t-shirt design for next year’s incoming class. The designer of the winning artwork will be recognized as part of New Student Convocation and receive a gift card to the University Campus Store. Please view the design guidelines for the pin and t-shirt and last year’s winning design. Email submissions to new.student@usi.edu by Sunday, April 16. Be creative!
Run for Student Government Association
Every Spring Semester, the Student Government Association of USI holds an election for all positions within the General Assembly and Executive Board. After you complete your application, you will be contacted by the current Chief Justice, Caitlin Daymon, to let you know about the next steps in the election process. HRL Student Desk Assistants for 2023-24
Join our team as a student desk assistant for 2023-24!
-Duties include sorting mail, logging packages, and handling lockouts
-Answer inquiries from students, parents, and staff via phone and in person
Spring into Success | April 11-12
Throughout the series, presenters from the USI community will explore topics related to students' academic, career and personal success. Topics covered typically include study skills, library skills, academic advising, counseling services, financial aid, student organizations, stress management, fitness, recreation and nutrition, career services, study abroad, service learning and others. Spring Fest | April 12-14
USI Spring Fest will be held April 12-14. Spring Fest is an annual campus event celebrating warmer weather and campus spirit. Over three days, students can participate in fun activities, pick up free giveaways and enjoy live performances on campus. 
The Road to Finals | April 20 - May 7
As we approach finals and the semester winds down, find some time to relax with campus programs offered by University offices and student organizations. 2023-2024 FAFSA

The 2023-2024 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is available online at FAFSA.gov or on the myStudentAid app. The state of Indiana's deadline to be considered for state grant programs is April 15. 

Eating Healthy on Campus
USI Dining offers many vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dining options. The culinary staff uses innovative ingredients, spices and flavors to create a robust and flavorful vegan and vegetarian-friendly menu.

Eagle Perks
Eagle Perks is a voucher program that gives USI students free or discounted access to Evansville events. Each month, one specific activity and other activities can be used anytime throughout the year. Students can pick up a voucher at the RFWC with a valid USI ID (limit one per student).
