We are so grateful to the Greater Denton/Wise County Association of Realtors (GDWCAR) for hosting the 3rd annual "Party with a Purpose" TONIGHT and bringing the community together to raise support to build a Habitat home.
Over the last two years, GDWCAR has worked hard to raise $90,000 in cash and in-kind donations through these events, thanks also to the support of our community and several incredible sponsors.
The following sponsors are supporting this year's Party with Purpose and helping a local family achieve their dream of homeownership:

April is Fair Housing Month, commemorating the civil rights principle that everyone deserves the opportunity to choose a home and neighborhood free from discrimination. At Habitat for Humanity of Denton County, we believe in a world where everyone - no matter who we are or where we come from - deserves a decent place to live.
A safe, affordable place to call home can free a homeowner from financial instability, from stress, from having to make impossible choices between essential needs. Home should be a refuge, a safe place to rest, to make memories that will last a lifetime, to watch children grow. But, for too many, that isn't the case.
Without your support, more families in our own community would continue to be stuck in the generational cycle of poverty. But thanks to you, Habitat's tremendous community, more families in need of affordable housing have the opportunity to partner with Habitat and build themselves a brighter future through a permanent housing solution - home.
From witnessing first steps to celebrating graduations, owning a Habitat for Humanity home makes many of life's special moments possible for more families every day. Home is the key to a brighter future and hope beyond measure. Thank you for making "home" possible in Denton County.

Let's take a moment to appreciate this beautiful planet we call home and commit to protecting it for future generations. One way to make a difference is to repurpose your unwanted household items by donating them to your local Habitat ReStore! For over 15 years, our home improvement store and donation center has diverted hundreds of thousands of pounds of reusable materials from the landfill and raised funds to help local families achieve their dreams of affordable homeownership.

By investing monthly, you join a community committed to sustaining Habitat for Humanity of Denton County's mission to bring people together to build homes, communities, and hope. You help keep Habitat homes affordable for the hardworking families who need it most.
A monthly gift of just $10 quickly accumulates to help more families achieve their dream of homeownership. If every family in Denton County gave just $10/month, we could build all 16 homes of Phase 1 in the Habitat Village right now.
And now, if you sign up to give $10 monthly by April 30, you will be entered to win a brand new Allen + Roth 4-piece patio set (valued at $1,299).

We are raising funds to develop 8 acres of vacant land in Southeast Denton and establish a new "Habitat Village" housing development on the property. As many as 35 new affordable homes will be built alongside local families in need via this development. This project involves developing the infrastructure of this neighborhood, including the streets, sidewalks, utilities, proper drainage requirements, and everything else needed to support a neighborhood of 35 homes.

Partner with us to bring a brighter future to local families in your community. With the support of volunteers, they'll build their own homes and have the opportunity to pay an affordable mortgage. Your help will be met with grateful hearts.
One small but meaningful way to contribute is by donating your old car to support affordable housing in your community. Not only will you be making a difference in someone's life, you'll also get a tax deduction for your giving back!
