RBC Heritage & Hangtag Information Coming Soon

The 57th annual RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing, South Carolina’s only Signature PGA TOUR event, will take place in Sea Pines from April 14-20, 2025. Sea Pines CSA will be providing information regarding Heritage hangtags, trolley schedules, and additional information next week via email and on our website.

Sea Pines Community Reminders

• E-bikes, pedal-assist bikes, and motorized scooters are not permitted for use in Sea Pines.
• Short-term renters are only permitted to park vehicles in the garage, carport or on the driveway of the rental property. Parking is not permitted on any landscaped surfaces including the front, back or side yards.
• Short-term renters, renting in Sea Pines are not permitted to bring in motor homes, travel trailers/ RVs, boats, personal watercraft, or jet-ski and ski-doos. 
• Dogs must be restrained by a leash or fencing at all times and not allowed to bark for any duration that would disturb others. 
• Household items, yard maintenance equipment, firewood and sports equipment must be stored out of public view when not actively in use. Temporary storage of bicycles in public view is permitted, if such bicycles are stored neatly, as far from the road as possible, and in a location that does not block walkways or create a safety hazard.
• Exterior lighting, especially lighting on automatic timers, may not be left on for extended periods, and/or after 10 PM. In no case shall they shine into a neighbor’s residence or property.
• Trash cans and recycling bins shall be kept in service yards at all times. Curbside trash pickup is not provided in Sea Pines.

2025 Beach Shuttle & Sea Pines Trolley Schedule

Beach Shuttle Service Begins Saturday, March 22nd: Beach shuttle service from Lot 8 (Located off Greenwood Drive between Fraser Circle and Willow Oak Road West) to The Sea Pines Beach Club is operating daily from 9 AM- 5 PM, weather permitting, through September 1, 2025.
