The Importance of Keeping Your Medical/Dental Appointments
✅ Prioritize Your Health: Missing appointments can worsen medical conditions, potentially leading to emergency room visits or hospitalization.
✅ Help Us Be Efficient: Cancellations and no-shows impact scheduling. Letting us know in advance helps reduce wait times and allows our Care Team to prepare better for others.
✅ Consideration for Others: Skipping appointments disrupts the workflow and affects other patients waiting to see the doctor. Your scheduled time is set based on your needs and helps keep our health center running smoothly.
If you face barriers to attending appointments, speak with our Case Managers. They may assist with transportation needs.

Stop the Spread of Germs!
The simplest way to protect yourself and others is by washing your hands properly:
- Wash with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds
- Scrub all parts of your hands, including between fingers and under nails
- Dry your hands thoroughly
Teaching these habits to your family helps create a healthier community for everyone. Let’s work together to stop the spread!
