Pinal County Animal Care and Control Celebrates Animal Care and Control Officer Appreciation Week

This week, April 9 - 15, is Animal Care and Control Officer Appreciation Week, a time to show appreciation to our wonderful Pinal County Animal Care and Control staff who work to make the lives of animals in our community better daily.

On Thursday, Director Audra Michael and her staff from Pinal County Animal Care and Control met at the State Capitol to hear a legislative proclamation celebrating the week. Officers met with Representative Amish Shah and Senator John Kavanagh, who introduced the proclamations. Arizonans are encouraged to express their sincere thanks and appreciation for the service and dedication of their community’s Animal Control Officers and Animal Care and Control personnel.
