“We have described for you a mountain, we have shown you the path to the top. We call upon you to do the climbing.”

- The Honourable Murray Sinclair

Hello Amanda,

The most important principle of True North Aid is to nurture relationships between our organization and the northern and remote Indigenous communities we work with and between our organization and our supporters.

And nurturing any relationship requires being vulnerable and honest; True North Aid needs to be both right now. While we have reached 36% of our financial goal for December, it nevertheless feels like we’re climbing a mountain.

True North Aid is calling in our supporters to help us attain 460 monetary gifts in the next 17 days.

If you can be just one of the 460 gifts donate here.

Another way to help us reach our goal is to share this email request with others and explain why you personally support the good work of True North Aid.

We appreciate that this is a particularly difficult month for many people and that our supporters are not exempt. However, we also know that we can rely on our community because each day, your messages encourage us in the climb to further Indigenous self-determination in Canada.

From the Team at True North Aid,

Can you help us? Give now.
