Hello Chamber Members!

We had our Annual General Meeting at Scott's Grille on February 15th. We had a detailed presentation from Artemis Gold regarding the Blackwater Mine. We filled 2 director positions on our board and we are still looking to fill the position of Treasurer. If you are interested in this exciting role, please reach out via email!

AGM Recap
Thank you to everyone who attended our AGM on February 15th! There was a speech from our manager on the Chambers 2022 year, a speech from the our Chamber president on our 2023 goals and 12 month plan as well as a detailed presentation from Artemis Gold. Val and Melissa from Artemis provided updates on the Blackwater Mine. Details included a land acknowledgement, a Blackwater Mine overview a virtual tour of the mine site and infrastructure, key milestones, an environment and permitting update, major work contracts, updates on milestones progression, an employment overview, and information about the business directory.
