Santa's Secret Shop (SSS)
Monday-Friday, December 9-13, Frassati Room
The doors open to this magical experience on Monday. K-8 grade shop schedules vary, and preschool students can shop with their parents on Friday morning from 8:00-11:00 AM. Thank you to all the families who have deposited shopping money and turned in their student’s Gift Giving List. If your student(s) would still like to participate, please deposit shopping money here by Sunday, December 8 and bring in their list on Monday, December 9. After this date, please contact Katie Pearson.

Teacher/Staff Christmas Gift
Donations Due Wednesday, December 11 by 11:30 PM
PSO is again organizing a Christmas Gift Collection for ALL OLG teachers and staff. We are encouraging you to consider this voluntary option in lieu of an individual gift, as it means that all of our OLG staff members are remembered and appreciated. Family names and amounts will not be listed in the cards, but you can send a card to your child's teacher to let them know you participated. Thank you for sharing your generosity and joy with the entire OLG School. Please click here to donate any monetary amount to the school-wide gift.

Our students and music teachers have been working hard to prepare festive Christmas concerts for you. To ensure the evenings run smoothly, we have put The holiday season of concerts are as follows:

Monday, December 9, 6:30 PM - Band, Cassidy Hall

Thursday, December 12, 6:30 PM - MS Choir. Church

Monday, December 16, 6:30 PM - K-2 Gr Concert, Gym Doors will open at 6:00 PM, please walk your K-2 students to their classroom between 6:00-6:15 PM.

Tuesday, December 17, 5:00 PM - Preschool Concert, Gym Doors will open at 4:40 PM, please drop your preschool students off in their classroom between 4:40-4:50 PM.

Tuesday, December 17, 6:30 PM - 3-5 Gr Concert, Gym Doors will open at 6:10 PM, please send you 3-5 Gr students to their classroom between 6:10-6:20 PM.
Thanks for respecting the instructions above. Please also refrain from reserving excessive seats and plan on staying for the entire concert. If you bring, younger or older, children to the concerts, please keep them with you at all times.

New this year, K-5 classes can win parties and funding for teachers when at least 50% of parents help sell trees! Sign up for a shift when you are available or join your fellow dads/sons as follows:
- Saturday Morning = 5/6 Grades
- Saturday Afternoon = 7/8 Grades and Alumni
- Sunday Morning = 2/3/4 Grades
- Sunday Afternoon = Preschool/K/1Grade

Report cards were posted in Educate on Tuesday, December 3. You were given access to the Educate platform when you registered via TADS for your tuition. If you have issues signing in, contact the school office.

OLG Academy Tutors
OLG Teachers and TAs offer tutoring before/after school. New Tutors available - Mrs. Scott (3rd grade teacher) works with a variety of ages in reading or math--she has openings before school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Ms. Gavin (6th grade teacher) can support middle school students in math--she has openings after school on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
