Yoga itself is a highly complex system, one of many rooted in the Vedas, the oldest record in Indian culture. So already we approach this practice with an air of respect, gratitude and a healthy dose of curiosity & mystery.

This practice can be one of seeing (darsana), how to look deeper inside ourselves so we can better recognize who we are.

Beginning to see what is real and what is unreal. Big ongoing practice.

Beginning in the moment. Breath, body and working towards embodiment. Can we accept and better listen to ourselves and others where we are with greater lovingkindness?

We must, as we are inextricably connected to one another.
