This soon to be renovated home is in pretty rough condition. The fleshy color is one of my least favorite shades. Some windows had screens, others did not. That right there can make the home look a little motley. Of course there are other factors too.

AFTER!

Making the 'block' underneath the gable window look more intentional was my first goal. Then painting the little bit of brick on each side of the garage seemed obvious to me too. The owner got a good deal on several gallons of Gauntlet Grey paint so that was the request for the color. I also painted the garage doors white since I rarely paint them the same color as the rest of the house.
