A message from the Head of School

Dear Canton Academy Family,

As you know, January was a hard month for our school community with the tragic loss of beloved eighth grader, Jasper Branning. On behalf of all of us at CA, we want to thank everyone who has sent condolences in any way and for all the prayers. We have truly felt all the love, and Jasper would be proud of the ways his classmates and others have come together during this difficult time. Please continue to pray for the Branning family and for those who were close to Jasper.

As we move through the second month of the year, we wanted to take a moment to update you on some important dates and events. Spring is a busy time for us, and we have lots of great things to look forward to in this second semester.

His latest article, a fantastic recap of the JV District Basketball Championship from last weekend, was even published on Canton News! We’re excited to see where Kee’s passion for writing and sports takes him next—he’s definitely one to watch!
