The Drexel Libraries hired two high school student interns to work in the End-User Technology Support department as part of the WorkReady Philadelphia Program.

The inaugural Libraries Faculty Fellows Program ended in June, and the first group of fellows has already volunteered to continue their focused projects and form a cohort of Libraries advocates.

This summer, Drexel faculty, students and administrators joine d Dean Nitecki in the W. W. Hagerty Library for informal conversations about the future of the Libraries' physical spaces.
 
   
 
 
 
The Drexel University Libraries is the newest member of the Open Textbook Network, a consortium of over 600 academic institutions working to promote access to open textbooks.

September 15 - 23: Welcome Week  
      
The Libraries will once again participate in Drexel's New Student Orientation Week, which starts the week before the fall term begins and includes plenty of activities to help incoming freshmen find their way around their new home on Drexel's campus.
