Congratulations to everyone who participated in our very first L’BRI CEO Bootcamp!
As a reminder, here are the qualifications to receive recognition at National Convention in July:
- 9-14 challenge points = CEO Bootcamp Graduate
- 15 or more challenge points = CEO Bootcamp Honors Graduate
- Week #9 challenge was an "Intent to Graduate" submission and was a requirement for recognition.

Register for your Business Building Seminars
Attention all registered Consultants! You received an email on Monday, May 8 with links and instructions on how to sign up for your favorite Business Building Seminars.
You can choose up to six in order of your preference, and we will place you in your top four, depending on availability.
The earlier you make your selections, the more likely you'll get your spot in your favorite session!

Reminder: Shopping cart updates arrived May 17
The latest updates to the shopping cart will help make sure your customers are viewing all of the current offers available to them and that the address they're using is a valid one. It also offers an attractive order summary for viewing. Watch for these changes in the customer cart!
Address validation
Each address is automatically reviewed and an alert will display if the entered address that does not match the USPS record. Ask your customers to provide any apartment or unit numbers to help with delivery!
Party reminder
Early during their shopping experience, customers will be reminded to enter the party number, or check the "I'm not shopping with a party" box. Make sure your hosts know their party number and are sharing it with their friends!
Promotion alert
If they do not select a free sample, discounted serum, or other limited offer, an alert will let them know what they might have missed.
Promotion summary
Any promotional items that are selected will be highlighted in a green "Promotion applied" box at checkout.
Partial credit option
If your customer has a credit balance, but they only want to use a portion of that balance, they can click on "only use a portion of this credit" and enter the amount. Use the Credit Report to check in with your customers who have credit to use!
Order summary with images
Once the order is nearly complete, your customer can view the items in their order and then proceed to payment.

Reminder: Using the credit report to view unused credit
To view customers who have unused credit, go to your Business Center | Business tab | L’BRI Credits. From here you can click on “My Customers L’BRI Credits” to view your customers with L’BRI credits.
Click on the “Balance” header in this report to sort by the dollar amount of credit your customers have. This is an easy way to view new customers who have a $15 credit.
From here you can click “New” for your customer in the “New Order” column and you will be able to place an order for them from their shopping cart.
