One Word for the New Year

Happy New Year Jimmy!

For the past 26 years, I’ve replaced traditional New Years’ Resolutions and instead focused on One Word for the Year. It helps me focus on “who I want to become” rather than just “what I want to get done.”

My One Word each year helps me stay focused on the things that matter most. It fuels a sense of optimism and gives me a positive expectation for the year. And, it helps me live with more purpose and passion. Over the years, my One Words (26 in all) have literally transformed every aspect of my life.

My One Word for 2025 is UNLEASH

(v) – “to set free from restraint or confinement; to release potential, energy, and purpose into action.”

NOW is the time to UNLEASH THE CULTURE and break free from the forces of evil that threaten our children, our security, our individual liberties, and our way of life.
NOW is the time to UNLEASH THE AMERICAN SPIRIT and restore innovation, optimism, hard work, righteousness, and American Exceptionalism.
NOW is the time to UNLEASH THE AMERICAN DREAM and restore hope in the future generations that their American Dream is possible.

So What’s Your One Word for 2025?

This new year holds so much promise, but it won’t be realized without each one of us doing our part!

I’ve said this many times before, but as a #GirlDad, there are TWO things I never thought I’d have to worry about:
