Tomorrow Evening | 6:30 PM in the Chapel
All are invited to join us on Thursday evenings during Lent for a time of prayer, scripture, and song in the Briggs Chapel. These brief times of worship will help us observe the season between Ash Wednesday and Holy Week by hearing from God’s word and taking time to reflect and pray.

Join us in spreading kindness by serving a meal to those in need at Ventura Cove in Mission Bay. This is a great opportunity to share food and the love of Christ with our community.
Please consider baking cookies or brownies to bring joy to those we serve. Deliver them to the church before 12:00 Noon tomorrow, Thursday, March 20. Together, we can uplift the spirits of those around us!

Mondays | 6:30-8:00 PM
Join us for a six-week study of N.T. Wright's Book "The Day the Revolution Began."
The study meets Monday evenings at 6:30 PM, with our last meeting on April 14. We will have roundtable discussions about the major themes of the book, learn together, and ask questions. The meeting will be held in-person, but we will also have a Zoom link for those who cannot attend in person.

Come join us and our mission partner Urban Youth Collaborative to spruce up the campus of Horace Mann Middle School (4345 54th St, San Diego, CA 92115). We need volunteers to help with campus cleanup as well as spring planting. This is a great opportunity to help serve on a local mission project to make an impact on the community.

The Easter Choir | |
Would you like to join members of the Chancel Choir in singing anthems and hymns for Easter worship with brass and organ? Now is your chance. Simply join the choir for rehearsals on Thursday, April 10 and Tuesday, April 15 at 7:00 PM and then join us for the 9:00 and 11:00 AM services on Sunday, April 20. We will sing two anthems including the beloved “Hallelujah” Chorus, as well as supporting the congregation in hymns with brass and organ.

Saturday, April 12
Partner with our Missions team & Amor Ministries to assist in building a home in Mexico. This is a one-day trip that our Church volunteers have done many times. Passport required. Children 10 years and older are welcome, accompanied by an adult. We'll leave the church by 7:00 AM together in a chartered bus and return home in the evening.

Songs of Hope features internationally recognized organist Nathaniel Gumbs, director of chapel music at Yale University, and joined by the Village Community Chorale, several soloists and professional musicians.

The names of those honored will be listed in the bulletin on Easter. The lilies may be taken home after the last service.
