- Take a break from you electronic devices for a whole 24 hours and shut your WiFi off at night when you sleep
- Bring in some pleasant smells into the house through an essential oil diffuser. Make sure your oils are organic and plant based, none of this synthetic crap.
- Listen to binary beat music, new age, or classical, or simply listen to silence.
