Depending on how you answered these questions there could be a few recommended cures:


  • Take a break from you electronic devices for a whole 24 hours and shut your WiFi off at night when you sleep
  • Bring in some pleasant smells into the house through an essential oil diffuser. Make sure your oils are organic and plant based, none of this synthetic crap.
  • Listen to binary beat music, new age, or classical, or simply listen to silence.
  • Take a break from Netflix or any other movie provider; watch a nature documentary
  • Make your own natural laundry detergent for the sake of your skin and the planet.
  • Make your own natural skin moisturizer (Almond oil - Health Food Store)
