SBA released Information Notice 5000-865585, SBA Form 1919 Updated for Executive Orders 14168 effective March 19, 2025. Click here to access the full notice on the SBA's website. Click here for the updated SBA Form 1919
The revised form may be used immediately; however, SBA will allow a 30-day grace period for 7(a) Lenders to begin using the revised form. The revised form is dated February 2025 in the lower left corner. The form has not been updated to reflect SBA Policy Notice 5000-865754 on citizenship. It will be several months before SBA publishes a revised Form 1919 that allows for the collection of the information required in the Policy Notice. Until the 7(a) and 504 applications forms can be updated, as part of the loan application, SBA Lenders must include the required certification for borrowers to sign and must collect all applicable alien registration numbers.
