In partnership with Center of Hope, we send home groceries for their families each week and encourage them in their Christian faith. We will have camp Tuesday evenings, 6:30-8:00pm, in June. We need lots of folks to help make camp a success! Sign-up at the Welcome Center or contact Trudy for more info.

CARE PORTAL
Aledo UMC has joined other area churches for Care Portal, a program that allows us to be "on-call" to meet the needs of children in foster care in east Parker County. Sometimes a foster family needs an extra twin bed or a larger microwave to accommodate additional children in their home. Or sometimes to return home, parents need items for their children, such as school shoes.
Would you be interested and willing to be on our AUMC text list? If so, when a need arises, we will let you know and perhaps you can help, either with the item or money toward that item. Contact Trudy to register or for more info.
