Easter Surprise

The Waters at James Crossing Apartments in Lynchburg, Virginia, are undergoing a major renovation that will benefit the community for years to come! But nearby construction didn't keep the management team from bringing cheer to local residents this Easter. Community Manager Yvonne Baxter said, "We were truly excited to be able to provide an amazing event with the residents at Waters at James Crossing. The residents that were in attendance were pleased and surprised that we (management) participated in the event. The children were excited to see the bunny, and the smiles they had made this more pleasing than anything."

National Volunteer Month

April is National Volunteer Month, and Atlantic Housing employees took this opportunity to serve their local communities in a variety of ways. The team at Quail Ridge Apartments in Ft. Worth, TX partnered with Carter BloodCare to host an on-site blood drive. Even neighbors from a nearby apartment community came over to donate.

Several of our corporate employees joined The Last Patrol to pack and distribute bags of fresh produce and canned vegetables to the West Dallas Community.

Atlantic Housing Foundation also proudly sponsored a fundraising table for Jonathan's Place, a Dallas area nonprofit that provides "a safe place, loving homes, and promising futures for abused and neglected children, teens, and young adults." Nine corporate employees attended the luncheon and listened to the personal stories of families who had been helped by this incredible organization.

Treasure Hunt Fun!

For St. Patrick's Day, the team at Windover Oaks in Titusville, FL hosted a treasure hunt that started at the club house. Community Engagement Associate Dawn Kellerhouse said, "The kids worked as a group and started with the first clue, a map that led them to the next clue. After five clues, they finally found the pot of gold full of St Patrick's day treats! They worked great together and split up all the goodies equally."

Fully Staffed and Ready to Serve

Atlantic Housing recruiter Rae Estep Saleem stopped by the Stone Creek Apartments in Lewisville, Texas to see the now fully staffed management team in action. Rae walked in as a prospective apartment shopper and received excellent service from the newest team member, Community Engagement Associate Dalia Camarena.
