Safety Around Water

SAW introduces children to water safety enabling them to make responsible choices around water. Upon completion of all 9 classes, children will earn one free session of swim lessons through the generosity of the Eastin Charles Foundation.


Ages 4 to 7 years: Saturdays, 10 to 11 a.m.


Ages 8 to 12 years: Saturdays, 11 a.m to Noon

Lifeguard Recertification

American Red Cross Lifeguard classes are for adults or young adults age 15 and over. Blended Learning lifeguard training classes provide online coursework to be completed prior to entering the classroom. This will enable the in-person lifeguard training sessions to be held in a shorter amount of time.

Online coursework needs to be completed by the first day of class. You will receive a message verifying your successful completion of the online portion. Course material will be sent to the email you provide before in-person learning begins.

Praise & Balance with Lisa!


This class will incorporate total body moves. We will use standing yoga to warm up. Then move into some balance work, which will incorporate core and strength. Following with some Barre; beginning with light weights and arms and finish with leg work. The yoga sequence will be the last group of exercises, concentrating on one posture with some slight flows to the pose. We will close the class on the mat with yoga stretches and releases. Praise & Balance incorporates positive vibes, scripture, praise and prayer throughout the entire class. Come in stressed and leave feeling blessed.
