Notice of Annual Shareholder Meeting

Casita Colony Recreation Association, Scottsdale, AZ


As prescribed in its Bylaws 

The Casita Colony Recreation Association 

Will hold its Annual Shareholder Meeting as follows


DATE: SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2025

LOCATION: 7702 E. Highland Ave., Scottsdale, AZ

TIME: Coffee and Community starts at 10:00 A.M.

Annual Meeting starts at 11:00 A.M.


SIGN-IN SHEETS: 

Please register at the Welcome Desk, where Sign-in Sheets have your pre-printed name and address. You will only need to “check" the line where your name appears.


BALLOTS: 

The 2025 Ballot is included 

1) For emailed packets, electronically in the Annual Packet

2) For hand-delivered paper packets, on a page following this notice.  

You can vote in one of the following ways: 

1) Electronically, click the ballot button and fill out and submit the ballot

2) By mail, complete the paper ballot and mail it in before the meeting, or

3) Manually, complete the paper ballot and drop it into the Ramada mail box, or hand it to the staff at the Welcome Desk before the Annual Meeting.


HOA DUES: 

For residents with an email address, the 2025 Annual Dues Invoice has been emailed by Treasurer Wayne DeBus, and will arrive from the email address casitacolonyra3banker@gmail.com.

For residents without an email address, the Annual Dues Invoice was hand-delivered in mid-December.

Dues are due January 1, 2025. They can be returned by mail, or placed in the CCRA mailbox at 7702 E. Highland Ave, Scottsdale, AZ 85251, or brought to the annual meeting and given to Wayne DeBus.

Dues are late if not received by March 1, 2025.

Ballot for 2025 Annual Meeting


Ballot Item 1 modifies our Declaration of Restrictions to align our political signage restrictions with the State of Arizona Revised Statutes ARS 33-1808.


Ballot Item 2 modifies our Declaration of Restrictions to remove an incorrect specification of the payment-due date for annual membership dues.
